In 2007, a coalition of six environmental organizations created and published four fact sheets on the major environmental and health risks of incineration.
The coalition included the Pembina Institute, the David Suzuki Foundation, Sierra Legal, Toronto Environmental Alliance, Canadian Environmental Law Association and Great Lakes United.
